MREA TRAINING AT MnSEIA Conference
MnSEIA is proud to partner with Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) to offer an all-day NABCEP course Battery-Based PV System Design (PV 230) during Day One of the MnSEIA Gateway to Solar Conference.
This all-day 4-credit course will cover battery-based PV system components, from modules and array configurations to batteries, charge controllers, and inverters. The course will review design principles for sizing battery-based PV systems, beginning with a thorough analysis of daily load requirements. Using this information, participants will determine proper system voltage and amp-hour capacity. Finally, participants will select appropriate system components and configure them to complete the stand-alone PV system.
This course is approved by NABCEP for up to 4 Continuing Education Credits and for 4 credit hours by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services for Electricians and Electrical Inspectors.
You must be a paid registrant to take advantage of this free all-day course on Day One of the Conference, November 12. After registering you’ll have the opportunity to reserve a spot in the course.
If you have questions or you’ve already registered for the conference and would like to be added to the class, please contact Jessica at info@MnSEIA.org.
