Madison Bus - Saturday, June 20

Sierra ClubWe have the following timing and stops planned:

Leaves at 7:00 a.m. from Willy St Coop West, 6825 University Ave in Middleton. Riders should find street parking and not park in the lot.
Pick up at Hilldale parking ramp (top floor) opposite Great Dane (pick up by entrance) at 7:15 a.m.
Pick up at the UW Chazen Museum, University Ave at 7:30 a.m.
Pick up behind Hawthorne Library at 2707 Hermina at 7:45 a.m.
Optional pick up in Portage at 8:30 a.m.

Leave MREA to return to Madison at 6:15 p.m. Will be back at Willy St West Coop at 10:00 p.m.

Tickets are free of charge.


Milwaukee Bus - Saturday, June 20

6:40 a.m. - Bus pickup at the Amtrak Intermodal station in Milwaukee. Free street parking may be available in the area; $6 for full day in parking garage
7:00 a.m. - Bus pickup at Bayshore Park N Ride in Glendale (corner of Port Washington Road and Silver Spring Drive). Free parking for the day.
There will be one pit stop on the way there. Coffee and snacks provided in the morning. Bus arrives at the Energy Fair 9:45 a.m. and leaves the Fair at 6:00 p.m. Arrives at Bayshore Park N Ride in Glendale at 8:45 p.m. and arrives at Amtrak Intermodal Station in Milwaukee at 9:00 p.m.

Travel by Rideshare

For those interested in a RideShare, we recommend Wisconsin's RIDESHARE program. Wisconsin's RIDESHARE program brings commuters together and is a free service provided by the State of Wisconsin. RIDESHARE serves all of Wisconsin and the bordering counties in other states (IA, IL, MI, MN). Registration through the site is free, it also offers Facebook integration as well as downloadable applications for those who don't have email.

Travel by Local Shuttle

We offer a free Local Shuttle going en route to The Energy Fair from Stevens Point, Wisconsin and between The Energy Fair and the MREA's campground, The Back 40. Register online for camping or call 715-592-6595.

Friday and Saturday
7:00 a.m. – 11:40 p.m. (Last drop off leaves The Fair at 10:40 p.m..)

7:00 a.m. – 4:40 p.m. (Last drop off leaves The Fair at 3:40 p.m..)

Camping at the Back 40? Leave your car and take our free shuttle to The Fair! Runs every 15 minutes at the following approximate times:

Friday and Saturday
7:15 a.m. – 11:40 p.m.

7:15 a.m. – 3:40 p.m.
