The Solar Ready internship program is designed to help students and recent graduates gain work experience in the solar industry and to provide solar contractors the opportunity to provide hands-on education to future employees. The MREA will maintain records of all potential interns and provide prospective employers the opportunity to post internship opportunities. The MREA will also provide stipends to participating interns upon completion of 160 hours of work experience within the program.
