Alex Jarvis

Alex Jarvis has been a member of the MREA since 2006, lifetime member since 2016. He is a NABCEP Solar PV installer and SEIA business member. Alex works in the renewable energy field designing and building renewable energy projects in Indiana. He believes strongly in renewable energy education and advocacy. Alex mentored Purdue University students’ Solar Decathlon entry in Washington, DC and is the technical editor of Wiley’s “PV Design and Installation for Dummies”. He has logged over 1000 hours of solar trainings for MREA workshops across the Midwest and at Solar Power International. Alex also instructed PV Installation courses for Everblue Training at Fort Dix, New Jersey Penitentiary. Alex is a founding member of an Indiana solar advocacy group.
