Clean Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI
Pamela graduated from UW-Madison with a law degree, masters in public affairs, and a certificate in Energy Analysis and Policy (EAP), intent on working in environmental and energy law and policy, particularly climate change mitigation. Her capstone project required to complete her EAP certificate involved providing recommendations on the Energy Chapter of the City of Milwaukee’s Sustainability Plan. Specifically, Pam provided information on how the city and city residents could become involved and have a voice in energy decisions being made at the Wisconsin Public Service Commission (PSC). This led to the city’s Office of Environmental Sustainability creating an Energy Engagement website and the city’s formal intervention in the recent We Energies rate case.
