As Program Administrator, Taylor plans on assisting the organization by coordinating and supporting the various events and programs that serve MREA’s diverse audiences. She first discovered The Energy Fair in 2016 and knew she had to get involved. In 2018, she finally had the chance to attend The Fair as a Hardcore Volunteer. She then applied to be the AmeriCorps Volunteer Coordinator for The 30th Anniversary Energy Fair. She was grateful to learn that the staff wanted her to join the team after her term ended in 2019.
Taylor earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business. She also earned a minor in Environmental Studies and a Second Language Speaking Proficiency Certificate in Chinese from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. She hopes to continue to grow with and work for MREA as she enthusiastically advocates the importance of taking care of our beautiful planet. When Taylor isn’t at MREA, you will find her at Father Fat’s Public House, a local restaurant that she bartends at or exploring the world for its wonders when able.
