Jenny Conrardy has been working in the solar industry since 2019. She is a fourth-year Electrical Apprentice in Wisconsin and works as a Residential Crew Lead at Arch Solar. Jenny’s earned her NABCEP PVIP and is an FAA-certified Drone Pilot. Additionally, she works with Energy Transition Design out of Brooklyn, NYC to design stand-alone systems for artists and community-oriented projects, and has trained with Solar Energy International in Paonia, CO in 2023 for their week-long Women’s Lab Course. She is a member of Solar for Women, an online group that connects female-identifying solar professionals from across the country, and is a member of WRISE (Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy).
